Chocolate Avacado Pudding

This dairy free dessert is indistinguishable from “normal pudding”.
This pudding with soon be your new normal.


  • 1 + 1/2 ripe California Avocado, peeled and flesh removed from pit

  • 1/3 cup quality cocoa powder (100% pure cacao)

  • 1/3 cup pure maple syrup or honey

  • 1/4 cup coconut milk

  • 2 tsp vanilla essence

2 servings 

This might be the healthiest pudding you’ll every make. It’s creamy and delicious, and is packed with all of the health benefits of avacado, coconut, and cocoa. You may never go back to regular pudding again.



Place all ingredients in a blender and blend until smooth. Serve immediately.
